Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Loblolly Labs, LLC ("Cirrys", "we") and the business that signs up ("you"). By using Cirrys you agree to them on behalf of that business.

Early access

Cirrys is in early access. Features may change, and we may need to pause or end early access. We'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Your account

You're responsible for who you give access to, including your clients' staff, and for keeping sign-in details private. Tell us straight away at security@cirrys.com if you think an account has been misused.

Acceptable use

• Use Cirrys only for lawful IT support and monitoring of networks you're authorized to manage.
• Email through Cirrys only people who have a working relationship with you or your clients. No marketing, bulk or unsolicited email.
• Don't try to reach other customers' data, probe or overload the service, or resell it without our agreement.

Your data

You own the data you and your clients put into Cirrys. You let us store and process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it, and we'll delete it when you ask or when your account closes.

Fees

Early access is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. Before any charges start, we'll tell you the price and you can decide whether to continue.

Confidentiality and security

We keep your data confidential and protect it as described on our security page.

Service and liability

We work to keep Cirrys available and accurate, but during early access it is provided as is, without warranties. Monitoring can miss or delay alerts, so don't rely on it as your only safeguard for critical systems. To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Cirrys at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell account holders by email before changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
